Rental Terms
All vehicle rentals are governed by a comprehensive Rental Agreement, which you will receive upon booking confirmation or when collecting your vehicle. This agreement outlines specific terms, conditions, insurance information, applicable charges, and your responsibilities during the rental period. In case of discrepancies between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement will prevail.
Eligibility Criteria

- Reservations can be made via our website, by telephone, or directly at our Omagh office. A deposit may be necessary to confirm your booking. The remaining balance and any security deposit are usually payable upon picking up the vehicle. All prices are listed in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where appropriate. Vehicle Pickup and Drop-off

Any damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or violation of these Terms remains your responsibility, regardless of insurance.
Cancellation and Modifications
Cancellation and amendment policies differ based on the type of booking and the notice provided. For precise information, please consult your booking confirmation or Rental Agreement. Be aware that late cancellations or no-shows could incur additional charges.
7. Restricted Activities
Prohibited uses of the vehicle:
- Using the vehicle for any unlawful activities is strictly prohibited. This includes racing, rallying, off-roading, or engaging in other risky behaviors. Transporting hazardous materials or sub-letting the vehicle to unauthorized individuals is not allowed. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden. Ensure that the vehicle is used within its intended capacity and adheres to established passenger and weight limits. Operating the vehicle outside designated geographical boundaries without prior approval is also prohibited.
Breach of these terms may lead to rental termination and fees.
Liability Limitations
To the fullest extent allowed by law in Northern Ireland, Car Hire Omagh is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business, that may arise from your use of our services. Our liability for any claims will be limited to the total rental amount you paid in the past year. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence or fraud.
9. Local Legal Framework
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled exclusively by the courts of England and Wales.
10. Updates to Terms
